1. Introduction
Welcome to Corporate Kitchen. By using our website, services, and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of our website, the purchase of our subscription-based tiffin services, and the provision of free home delivery. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions

"Corporate Kitchen", "we", "us", or "our": Refers to the business providing subscription-based tiffin services.

"User" or "Customer": Refers to the individual or entity using our website or placing an order.

"Service": Refers to the tiffin subscription and related services provided by Corporate Kitchen.

"Subscription": A service where customers subscribe our Plans for there daily lunch and/or dinner.

"Sample Order": A Single Food testing Order for our service, is available on a COD (Cash on Delivery) basis for a single individual.

3. Account Registration & User Obligations
To place an order or subscribe to our services, you may need to create an account on
our website.
By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Subscription & Orders

Subscription-based Service: We offer daily lunch and dinner tiffin services based on subscription plans. Single orders are not accepted unless it is a Sample Order.

Sample Order: You may place a single sample order on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, which is available one sample order for one person.

Subscription Plans: We offer different subscription options based on your preferences for lunch, dinner, or both. Subscriptions are recurring, and payment will be collected as per the selected plan.

No Single Orders: We do not accept single orders outside of the Sample Order.

On Buying our Subscriptions before 10:00 AM Will Make you Eligible for Lunch delivery from same day if not then order will Start from Next day

On Buying our subscription before 4:00 PM will Make you Eligible for Dinner delivery from same day if not then order will Start from Next day -
5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments: We accept payments through various methods, including Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets). For sample orders, payment is accepted via COD.

Refunds: Refunds for the sample order are not applicable unless there’s a failure in service delivery. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced, but cancellations can be made for upcoming deliveries.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation of Sample Orders is not possible once processed.

6. Delivery Policy

Free Delivery: We provide free home delivery for all tiffin subscriptions.

Shipping Schedule: Daily deliveries will be made based on the subscription plan selected (lunch and/or dinner). Delivery times may vary depending on the location. But Normally it is 12pm to 2 pm Lunch Delivery time and 7 pm to 9 Pm Dinner delivery Time

Non-Delivery: If no one is available at the provided address at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for any missed deliveries.

7. Use of Services
By subscribing to Corporate Kitchen, you agree to use our services for personal use only. You may not resell or distribute our tiffin services to others. Any attempt to misuse our services, including fraudulent activities, will lead to immediate suspension of the account.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as per our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Corporate Kitchen website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Corporate Kitchen and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Corporate Kitchen is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays in delivery, technical issues with the website, or issues related to the quality of food. We are not responsible for third-party actions, including payment processors like Razorpay.
11. Amendments to Terms
Corporate Kitchen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Termination of Service
Corporate Kitchen reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of non-compliance with these terms or other serious issues such as fraudulent activity.
